All registrations are reviewed and approved by Community Brands. If your registration is deemed inappropriate, such as registrations submitted by competitors or competitor’s partners, we will cancel your registration and issue you a full refund.
The Xperience 2018 Conference Fee is fully refundable by Community Brands only if you cancel by 11:59pm EST on February 28, 2018. Any cancellation after this deadline will not result in a refund by Community Brands. Cancellation of a conference registration does not constitute a cancellation of your hotel room. Please be sure to handle both separately.
Xperience conference fees are transferable to attendees within the same company as long as the form of payment does not change. A new name and new contact information will be modified within the existing registration. All requests for transfers must be received by March 31, 2018.
